Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable In-Store Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with water tests and chemical sales, and help maintain store operations. Knowledge of POS systems and basic repair skills for cleaners and robotics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner Conduct water tests and advise guests on chemical products Help guests select and purchase chemicals Operate the POS system for transactions Fill liquid bleach jugs and manage inventory Assist customers in carrying heavy products to their vehicles Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves and display areas Troubleshoot and repair cleaners and robotics (preferred)

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of POS systems Ability to lift heavy products and work physically demanding tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of cleaners and robotics (a plus)
