The ideal candidate should have a passion for outdoor activities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n Requirements Shop experience and extensive knowledge of shop equipment required. Ability to maintain rental equipment as well as customer work. Ability to delegate tasks and workload to another shop tech.
