The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in bicycle repair and assembly. This role requires someone who can efficiently perform repairs, handle customer service interactions, and manage shop responsibilities such as inventory and retail tasks. The successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running, contributing immediately to our shop's operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform bicycle repairs, maintenance, and mechanical assembly with precision and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions clearly Manage shop inventory, including ordering parts and maintaining stock levels Assist with retail tasks such as sales and product displays Handle day-to-day shop operations to ensure a smooth workflow Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Experience Proven experience in bicycle repair and mechanical assembly Strong mechanical knowledge related to bicycles and related components Ability to handle both technical repairs and shop responsibilities Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision A proactive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running upon starting Pay will be based on expierence.
