Shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician :
Direct Placement $31/hour! Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift. This role primarily involves troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc Robotics. The position requires proficiency in working with 480V electrical systems, as well as skills in motor troubleshooting, hydraulics/pneumatics, equipment calibration, and both preventative and reactive maintenance within an automotive manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc Robotics systems. Work with 480V electrical systems. Perform motor troubleshooting and maintenance. Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. Calibrate and test manufacturing equipment. Carry out general preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing maintenance. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance. Expertise in control circuits and PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley PLCs. Familiarity with robotics, particularly Fanuc Robotics. Competence in hydraulic/pneumatic repairs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in welding and fabrication. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. Robotic maintenance knowledge. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is based in a large glass manufacturing facility. Expect varying temperatures, with hot conditions in the summer and cold in the winter. The shift operates from 7 am to 7 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule, including some weekend shifts and potential for 10-15 hours of overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Crestline, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
