Maintenance Mechanic (Housing + Company Vehicle Included) Full-time Relocation We need a responsible, mature Maintenance Mechanic who can handle all building and mechanical maintenance. Housing and a company vehicle are provided. Responsibilities Repair and troubleshoot boilers, including diagnosing shutdowns Repair water pumps, pressure systems, and related components Confirm fuel tank levels and prevent systems from running dry Handle emergency freeze-ups and thaw frozen drains Adjust and repair shifting doors, frames, and hardware Change electrical fixtures and electrical receptacles Perform general plumbing, minor electrical, locks, fixtures, and structural repairs Seasonal maintenance: heat tape, circulation pumps, boiler loops, freeze-protection systems Communicate clearly Document work and identify issues early Drywall repair preferred but not required Requirements Solid experience in building or mechanical maintenance Strong knowledge of boilers, pumps, and basic plumbing Able to troubleshoot and solve problems Reliable, mature, and able to handle emergencies Clear communication skills Valid driver's license Willing to relocate (housing provided) Compensation 30-34 dollars per hour Housing included Company vehicle provided 40 hours per week Year-round work
