Job Description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Compensation:

$18 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Driver's license and outstanding driving record is necessary Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED About Company This Alaska hotel offers friendly service and modern accommodations all within minutes of the airport and bustling downtown Fairbanks.
