Job Description
Yedla Management Company is seeking a reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms while ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and employees. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building issues. Respond promptly to guest-room and facility maintenance requests. Inspect and maintain equipment, fixtures, appliances, lighting, doors, and plumbing systems. Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company, OSHA, fire-safety, and property safety procedures. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed. Respond to maintenance emergencies and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel or facilities maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform physical maintenance tasks. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, or emergency/on-call shifts as needed.
