Handyman

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are currently in need of Handymen to join our team in Dothan, AL.

Description:

Perform general repairs (doors, drywall, flooring, fixtures, etc.). Handle basic plumbing tasks (fix leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains). Conduct minor electrical work (replace outlets, light fixtures, switches). Install appliances, cabinets, shelving, and hardware. Paint, patch, and finish walls and surfaces. Assemble furniture and equipment. Perform routine maintenance (HVAC filter changes, gutter cleaning, etc.). Diagnose issues and determine best repair solutions. Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes. Maintain tools and keep work areas clean.

Requirements :

Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. CTS offers a comprehensive benefit packet to eligible employees.
