Job Description
Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for for two apartment complexes. One is located in Eufaula, AL and the other is located in Union Springs, AL. The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check. Pay & Benefits 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday
