What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Dependable and on time every day Positive attitude Willingness to learn and improve Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license Construction or pool experience is a plus, but not required for every position What You'll Do Depending on your position, responsibilities may include: Building custom gunite swimming pools Reading plans and managing projects Supervising crews Operating construction equipment Driving company trucks and hauling materials Plumbing, steel installation, excavation, forming, concrete work, and finishing Maintaining a clean and safe job site Delivering excellent customer service and craftsmanship Why Work at Pool Pro Inc.?
