Responsibilities Facility Maintenance :
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Preventive Maintenance :
Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and repair costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Guest Satisfaction :
Ensure that all areas of the hotel are in top working order, responding quickly to guest requests related to maintenance and ensuring minimal disruption to their stay.
Budget & Inventory Management :
Assist in managing the maintenance department budget, monitor expenses, and oversee inventory control of equipment and supplies.
Compliance & Safety :
Ensure the hotel meets all safety codes, regulations, and Hilton brand standards, including maintaining emergency systems and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is safe for both guests and staff.
Collaboration :
Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure efficient hotel operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Experience :

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). You will play a vital role in supporting a safe, comfortable, and productive environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various facility systems. Duties Conduct regular inspections of building interior systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and facilities infrastructure to identify issues early. Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing tools such as ohmmeters. Repair and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control within the facility. Carry out plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including pipe repairs, leak detection, and fixture servicing.
