Shore Thing Property Services is hiring! We are a small, family-owned property maintenance company serving the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area, and we are looking for the right person to join our team full-time. $20.00 per hour

Hours:

Full-Time - Approximately 40 hours per week What You'll Be Doing This position is a mix of pool maintenance and general property care .

Your day may include:

Cleaning and maintaining commercial swimming pools Testing and balancing pool chemicals Vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and keeping pool areas clean Checking pool equipment and reporting problems Performing routine property inspections Picking up trash and keeping common areas clean Checking lights, gates, walkways, and other common property areas Handling basic maintenance tasks Reporting anything that needs attention or repair Helping other team members when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced with pool maintenance Dependable and shows up when scheduled Comfortable working outdoors Able to work independently Willing to work as part of a team Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Comfortable communicating with management about property concerns Able to handle the physical demands of property and pool maintenance Looking for steady, long-term employment A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
