Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. As a Pool Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients while promoting a healthy swimming environment. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment to identify any issues or necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service visits, including tasks performed and any recommendations for clients. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Experience Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar service technician role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, maintenance procedures, and chemical balancing is advantageous. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
