Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Tech. The maintenance tech position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. Reports to the Maintenance Manager and/or Engineering Manager as needed. Duties Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems efficiently by interpreting schematics and technical diagrams; document repairs and maintenance activities thoroughly. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding repair status or system issues. Lead small teams or assist in training new technicians on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Qualifications Experience in fabrication
