In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining patio enclosures, including screens, glass systems, and other related structures. Your expertise will help homeowners enjoy their outdoor living areas year-round while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties Install and assemble patio enclosures such as screen rooms, glass enclosures, and related structures according to technical plans and schematics Read blueprints and construction plans to accurately interpret project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish Perform framing, metal building erection, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry tasks with attention to detail Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work as needed for foundation stability Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on patio enclosures or related structures Strong knowledge of metal building erection, framing techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers along with power tools required for installation tasks Experience with heavy lifting equipment operation and restoration or remodeling projects is a plus Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installation work Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements on-site Valid experience in woodworking or siding enhances your suitability for this role Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver exceptional outdoor living solutions!
