The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining pool cleanliness and balance in various environments. Cleaner will also be responsible for maintaining pool equipment. This role requires the ability to use hand and power tools effectively, particularly in pool maintenance and minor equipment repair. Must have good driving record with no tickets or accidents in the past two years. Candidate must be able and willing to work in both hot and cold weather conditions. Must be able to swim. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Work truck will be provided for work hours only. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dipping leaves, emptying skimmer baskets, vacuuming pool, maintaining pool equipment, and balancing pool chemicals. Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair of equipment. Conduct pool cleaning and maintenance to ensure water quality and safety standards are met. Inspect equipment regularly for functionality and perform minor repairs as necessary. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating machinery. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not required. Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with pool maintenance practices is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
