The Maintenance Technician will assist the Manufacturing Engineer in all Excellerate locations with maintenance tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
5 years maintenance or related experience, 2 to 3 years metal fabrication experience, and 1 to 2 years welding experienceTravel :
0-25%Work Schedule:
Between the hours of 6am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited: nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in design, line/cell layout and movement, fabrication, installation of specialized tools, equipment, and material handling devices used for manufacturing. Assist cell work teams with work station design, fabrication and implementation of manufacturing processes, and improvements. Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing tools and equipment. Will assist the Facilities Technician with building repair and upkeep as needed. Assist Manufacturing Engineer with design, start-up, and application of equipment and tools. Create equipment inspection and repair schedules for preventive maintenance program. Train employees on proper and safe use of equipment. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
