Friday-Sunday Shift start and end times: TBD Overview Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Maintenance Technician, where your expertise keeps our facilities running smoothly and efficiently! This energetic role is perfect for hands-on professionals who thrive on solving problems, maintaining building systems, and ensuring a safe, functional environment. As a key player in our maintenance operations, you'll be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks during weekend shifts, supporting the overall health of our facilities. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us deliver exceptional service and uphold high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building interior systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and facilities equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. Perform carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks to ensure the facility's appearance and functionality meet company standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports. Support safety protocols by inspecting facilities for hazards and ensuring compliance with safety standards during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience. Familiarity with HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical equipment repair, and building interior maintenance. Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards teamwork is essential. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks effectively across teams. Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
