The Caribe Resort is hiring for the position of maintenance technician. This position requires a minimum of 3 years in household, hospitality, or multi-family housing maintenance.

Duties:

may involve plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical, equipment installation, repairs to buildings and floors. This will include inside condo units as well as indoor and outdoor common areas of the buildings.
