In this energized role, you'll take charge of maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide array of equipment and systems across our operations. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing technical support and ensuring safety standards are met. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance logs. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or installations to ensure timely completion. Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling equipment repair, electrical work, or working at heights. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician working with appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical equipment. Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems—including air conditioning—and refrigeration units is highly desirable. Construction experience or familiarity with building maintenance procedures adds value to your application. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising or mentoring team members during maintenance projects. Mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues efficiently. Prior experience in equipment repair and general maintenance roles that showcase your proactive approach to facility upkeep.
