Job Description

A 64-unit townhome community is seeking an experienced, team-oriented, hard-working and trust worthy maintenance member to join our team! In this role, it will be up to you to maintain the property and ensure a safe and attractive living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Since you will interact directly with residents, excellent customer service abilities will be as important as your extensive, technical knowledge and experience. Must be able and willing (with experience) to making units ready to include minimum drywall work; painting; plumbing repairs; and, electrical knowledge (
IE:
stove not heating or light stops working). Enter/complete work orders correctly and timely. Provide friendly, professional courteous customer service. Monitor and maintain chemical balance of retention pond. Grounds work, and, lawn care in-house. Power-washing. Completes work request in timely, efficient manner. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. Completes all company required training. Ensure job site safety per OSHA requirements. Follow all company, community, local, state and federal rules and policies. Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, flower beds, and parking areas.
Job requirements:
HVAC / EPA
certified. Must have electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skill set/experience. Must have own tools and truck/van. Must be a self-starter, good troubleshooter, knowledge of several different trades. Professional appearance/behavior at all times. Professional/courteous communication and customer service skills with excellent time management. Must be able to walk property, crawl in crawl spaces, up on ladders, lift 50lbs.
