This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of the hotel property by conducting preventative maintenance, assessing and prioritizing tasks, and taking necessary actions to resolve issues efficiently. This role will also provide exceptional guest service, respond promptly and professionally to guest service calls, and play a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
