Job Description
AR Building Company is seeking a full time, experienced Maintenance Tech for a 150 unit luxury apartment community located in Wetumpka. Applicant MUST be experienced in general apartment maintenance. (i.e. electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, basic carpentry.) Will also be responsible for vacant apartment prep and light grounds upkeep. Interested individuals must have a valid DL, reliable vehicle, hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities. Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00 with rotating on-call responsibility. Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days! Must pass background check.
