The Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance, is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment. What you'll do:
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
+ Inspect, diagnose, and document signs of wear, recommending repairs or replacements to prevent future issues.
+ Utilize multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to complete maintenance tasks.
+ Lead and train less-experienced associates, providing hands-on instruction and overseeing work quality and safety compliance.
+ Manage work orders, parts inventory, and contractor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
+ Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles following safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and warranty claims.
