Job Description

Summary The Maintenance Tech is a key maintenance team member who will work with all departments within the plant to optimize machine & equipment uptime, reliability & product quality while controlling maintenance costs. Key Areas of Responsibility include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist in ensuring that all plant machinery is performing to specification to produce quality parts as efficiently as possible. Assist in performing preventive maintenance procedures to make plant maintenance proactive rather than reactive. Supports a data-driven approach to machine & equipment optimization through collection and research of machine & plant metrics. Willingness to utilize industry experience as well as best practices from other plants. Communicating effectively with Maintenance and Plant Managers Promote and follow all plant and department safety rules Ensure all PPE is used at all times Assist in enforcing daily housekeeping and workplace cleanliness Carry out all additional duties as deemed necessary and assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably with metal roll forming manufacturer. Strong mechanical aptitude required Hydraulic experience preferred Electrician experience preferred Forklift repair experience a plus, but not necessary Roll Form repair experience a plus, but not necessary Possess ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues Ability to read electric diagrams & mechanical drawings "Get it done" mentality.
