Maintenance Technician Location:

Brinkley, AR Compensation:

$20.00 per hour plus opportunities for overtime pay.

Employment Status:

Full-Time We are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brinkley, AR, for a permanent, direct-hire position. Core Duties Execute routine HVAC maintenance and system tune-ups. Ensure equipment longevity by cleaning coils and flushing drainage lines. Swap out worn components such as fan motors, belts, and capacitors to keep systems running smoothly. Verify system performance by checking refrigerant levels, electrical currents, and airflow. Diagnose and resolve technical issues within residential and light commercial HVAC units to restore comfort for our clients. Required Skills and Background Prior experience in general maintenance or HVAC work is highly valued. A solid foundation in mechanical and electrical principles. Reliable professional capable of managing tasks and working autonomously. Technical Proficiencies
