Job Description
## Standard Job Description What You Will Be Doing As the General Maintenance Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of all facility systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plant and office equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate work orders and safety documentation.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. ## Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years practical experience working in facilities in a industrial environment. Basic computer skills Must have ability to obtain a security clearance. Must possess valid Drivers Licenses High School Diploma or GED Good attendance record ## Desired Skills Basic electrical experience Basic mechnical experience Computer skills Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work with minimum supervision Willing to work in a shop/industrial environment (30 degrees to 120 degrees) Must posses good safety record Willing to work overtime when needed Ability to lift 30 pounds with easePay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
