We are looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM, to perform tasks such as general preventative maintenance and upkeep. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is required. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. We are willing to hire and train someone with minimal experience. Responsibilities Assist in renovating rooms (e.g painting, trimming, patchwork) Assist maintenance supervisor when needed Assist in installing appliances and equipment Trash removal Cleaning carpets while using and maintaining an industrial floor cleaner Conduct recurring maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, fridge filters etc. Collaborate with coworkers and other professionals during renovations Report to a facilities or maintenance supervisor for issues Skills Some experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent
