In lieu of work history, will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses and military service Requirements of the Facility Maintenance Knowledge of standard practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in building and grounds maintenance. Ability to use tools and equipment necessary to perform the maintenance and repair tasks as outlined above Ability to lift or handle a variety of appliances and items including refrigerators, sinks, countertops, fan motors, ranges, and refrigerators using appliance hand trucks. Ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools used in the carpentry, electrical, and plumbing trades. Good Attendance and punctuality is a must Willing to submit to a Background check/drug test Benefits of the Facility Maintenance Pay 17.00 per hour Weekly Pay Full-time Medical ESOP Responsibilities of the Facility Maintenance Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures and pipes such as toilets, sinks, drains, valves, and controls, unclogs clogged fixtures and pipes using a variety of powered and non-powered sewer machines and augers.
