CAMPGROUND MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS TECHNICIAN
Hot Springs Off-Road Park- Hot Springs, Arkansas Part-time, Full-time, or Seasonal | Hourly
POSITION SUMMARY
Help keep Hot Springs Off-Road Park clean, safe, functional, and ready for adventure. This hands-on outdoor position includes landscaping, trail upkeep, cleaning, equipment operation, and minor facility repairs throughout the campground, cabins, and guest areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, solving practical problems, working outdoors, and being part of a team.WHAT WE LOOK FOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mow, trim, rake, remove weeds, and maintain landscaped areas Clear trails, remove fallen limbs, and maintain trail signs Clean campsites, fire rings, restrooms, showers, and common areas Perform painting, staining, fencing, drainage, and minor repairs Assist with basic plumbing and facility maintenance Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, tractors, trailers, and SxS vehicles Organize tools, supplies, workshops, and storage areas Manage trash, recycling, firewood stations, and event setup Report safety concerns, equipment problems, and needed repairs Assist other departments as Park needs changeQUALIFICATIONS
No experience required, but is preferred; training is provided Valid driver's license and good driving record required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Maintenance, landscaping, construction, farming, or equipment experience is a plus Must communicate well, follow directions, and work cooperatively Basic smartphone and app skills are helpful and highly recommendWORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily outdoors in heat, cold, rain, humidity, dirt, mud, dust, and noise. Work may take place around vehicles, machinery, wildlife, and uneven or steep terrain.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
