Janitorial Floor Care Tech

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Care/Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various floors & window types in commercial settings. This role involves performing a variety of floor & window care cleaning tasks for all building occupants. Duties Conduct thorough VCT floor cleaning & buffing services using appropriate techniques and equipment. Perform routine commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and window cleaning services. Execute buffing and polishing of hard floor surfaces to enhance their appearance and longevity. Maintain all floor care equipment in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions as necessary. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining various types of flooring, including tile & VCT. Document completed work and report any issues or concerns to management. Skills Proficient in floor & window cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Experience in commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Knowledge of buffing machines and floor care products. Familiarity with environmental services practices and regulations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled shifts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Pay:
