We are looking for dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician in Hot Springs Village Arkansas 71909 with $36.00/hr pay for a 6-month temp role opportunity. You will maintain and support vital facility systems, with a primary focus on boilers. When not working on boilers, you will provide general support across various facility systems including HVAC, water processing, wastewater treatment, building maintenance, and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Monday - Friday | 6: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM (Available for call-ins/shift coverage as needed) Responsibilities Maintain and support facility systems, including boilers. Some general support when not working on boilers will include other facility systems such as HVAC, water processing, wastewater treatment, building maintenance, and production equipment. Complete hourly and daily boiler checks, routine inspections, preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and equipment testing. Identify recurring equipment issues and support root-cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Repair, rebuild, clean, test, and replace electrical and mechanical components as needed. Support equipment installations, upgrades, retrofits, and contractor or vendor work. Maintain accurate preventative maintenance logs, repair records, and testing documentation. Recommend equipment for preventative maintenance programs and support PM improvements. Communicate with employees, supervisors, vendors, and contractors to support safe and efficient operations. Qualifications Arkansas Boiler Operator License required. Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, water treatment, and compressed air systems preferred. Knowledge of electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification. Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and SAP preferred. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to read and interpret computer-generated reports. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and complete tasks accurately. Ability to complete physical inspections, including climbing, reaching, and extending. Available for call-ins or shift coverage as needed to support production.
