A local company in Jonesboro is hiring a dependable Fence Installer for a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire position on a Monday-Friday Day Shift . This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working outdoors and in the elements, installing wood, vinyl, metal, and chain link fencing , digging post holes, setting posts with concrete, and assembling fence materials. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, works well with a team, and has at least 1 year of construction or building trade experience . Responsibilities Dig fence post holes and set posts using concrete. Install and assemble wood, vinyl, metal, and chain link fencing. Operate shovels, power tools, and other job-related equipment. Work safely outdoors in varying weather conditions. Work as part of a team while learning all aspects of fence installation. Requirements At least 1 year of construction or building trade experience. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to safely operate a shovel and power tools. Dependable, motivated, and able to work well with a team. Good attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of the job. Must pass a drug screen and background check.
