The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property, including: Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies Qualifications HVAC or EPA certification preferred Pool maintenance experience preferred Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Apply Today!
