Maintenance Technician - Magnet Cove, Greybull

Full-Time | Rotating Shifts Wyo-Ben is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant operating safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant equipment to ensure maximum operating performance while supporting a safe, clean, and productive work environment. What You'll Do

Repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and replace plant equipment as needed.

Help ensure the continuous operation and reliability of plant machinery.

Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible work area.

Work closely with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues.

Report safety, quality, environmental, and equipment concerns to supervisors.

Develop practical, cost-effective solutions to mechanical problems.

Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment required for daily operations.

Crosstrain in various plant positions and support overall plant operations.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Quality Management System (QMS) objectives, including compliance with API Specification Q1 requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

General plant or manufacturing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Basic mechanical experience and aptitude preferred.

Mechanical troubleshooting and fabrication skills.

Ability to identify equipment issues and take corrective action.

Basic math, reading, and communication skills.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Working Conditions

Work rotating shifts and may frequently work independently.

Exposure to dust, noise, varying weather conditions, and temperature extremes.

Frequent work around moving machinery, mobile equipment, and mechanical/electrical hazards.

Ability to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights.

Regular standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities for 8-10 hours per shift.

Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
