is a leading manufacturer of PVC pipe and accessories used as conduit in electrical and electronic wire applications. We have plants and distribution centers located strategically across the United States for nationwide distribution. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Nashville, AR facility. Apply in person at 630 Hwy 27 Bypass, Nashville, AR (New warehouse- use the bypass entrance) This opening is for a postion on the 6 pm to 6 am 2/2/3 shift.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure efficient, safe operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, presses, injection molding machines, CNC machines, and robotics. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize production interruptions. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and relocations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, injection molding experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting. Apply in person at 630 Hwy 27
