Supportive Work Environment Growth Opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer Designated "Safety Sensitive Position" Responsibilities Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, grounds, and community amenities Complete all service requests within one business day whenever possible Carry out turnkey tasks for vacant units (repairs, paint, key/lock changes, etc.) Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule Conduct and complete preventative maintenance reports per company schedules Maintain an organized and fully stocked maintenance shop Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including curbs, rails, utility areas, etc. Provide outstanding customer service to residents while ensuring a safe and clean environment Qualifications HVAC or EPA certification strongly preferred 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-family preferred) Pool operations and maintenance experience is a plus Strong knowledge of: HVAC troubleshooting and repair Electrical and mechanical systems Plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair Irrigation and landscaping systems Must be available to work in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crawl, and reach overhead for extended periods Comfortable working in small or confined spaces when necessary Apply Today!
