Key Responsibilities:
Complete general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs Handle resident service requests in a timely, professional manner Maintain property grounds and amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) - preferred Apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience Reliable transportation and basic tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs Join a company that values your skills and invests in your growth.
