Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Electrician to join our dynamic manufacturing facility team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of electrical and mechanical systems across our shop. Your expertise will help maintain safety standards, improve equipment reliability, and support production efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals passionate about industrial maintenance and electrical troubleshooting to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work approximately 44-55 hours per week Communicates with operators about machine operation issues Plans and coordinates any electrical additions or repairs Performs and records quarterly welder calibrations Performs maintenance on all weld machines to include repairs Conducts quarterly transformer cleanings and keeps record of cleanings Coordinates scheduled down time with production for repairs and general maintenance Conducts monthly inspections on the wire rope and blocks on cranes Helps out with general maintenance after primary job functions are completed Helps with preventative maintenance on other machines when needed Conducts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and keeps records of the inspections Records and organizes all repairs and schedule down time Ability to keep organized and on schedule Ability to work well with other maintenance personnel and all other employees Ability to be proactive and plan ahead Ability to use voltage meter and basic knowledge of electrical circuitry Ability to operate cranes and forklift Make minor repairs of equipment Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance Ability to Air Arc and use MiG weld/cutting torch Ability to perform general steel fabrication Experienced in pipefitting and plumbing repair One year experience and provide basic tools the job requires Ability to self-motivate Join us if you're ready to bring your technical expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills directly contribute to operational excellence!
