AREJSlyseH-388957-en_US) What you'll need to succeed as an Industrial Maintenance Technician II at XPO Minimum qualifications: 5 years of related experience in an industrial maintenance role or equivalent experience in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical trades. Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery. Licensed journeyman or above Ability to read a caliper, micrometer, and various other measuring instruments. Ability to track preventive maintenance scles. Strong time management skills Preferred qualifications: Ability to weld and fabricate. What you'll do on a typical day: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repairplex systems and equipment in one or more assigned areas. Perform electrical work, run conduit, pull wire, make final connections in electrical panel, motors, disconnects etc. Troubleshoot electrical problems in all equipment. Plan new installs, order supplies, parts, equipment and materials for projects and programs. Respond to emergencies and callouts as required. Coordinate and monitor work of Maintenance Specialists and Maintenance Technician 1 to ensure timely and efficientpletion of assigned projects. Operate specialized equipment and vehicles. Demonstrate the Company's core values andply with all Company policies and prores. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Industrial Maintenance Technician II are required to: Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time in a facility that is not climate-controlled. Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.
