Overview Silverback Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced plumber or water-treatment installer for flexible, as-needed residential water softener and reverse osmosis installations throughout the Phoenix/East Valley area. This opportunity is intended for an experienced installer looking for additional side work. Jobs will be offered as they become available, and there are no guaranteed weekly hours. Compensation $350 per completed standard water softener installation Additional compensation for RO installations, non-standard plumbing work, and approved add-ons Compensation is per completed installation, not an hourly or guaranteed daily rate Responsibilities Install residential water softeners and whole-home water-treatment systems Install under-sink RO systems when included Make professional PEX and/or copper plumbing connections Properly connect drain and discharge piping Start up, program, test, and check installed equipment for leaks Maintain a clean and professional work area Provide completion photos of each installation Communicate professionally with homeowners What we're looking for Previous plumbing or water-treatment installation experience Ability to complete residential installations independently Reliable transportation Own basic plumbing tools Professional appearance and customer service Reliable communication and scheduling Independent Contractor This is an as-needed independent contractor opportunity. Applicants should be prepared to provide applicable business/licensing information, insurance documentation, and a completed W-9 before performing work. Silverback Plumbing provides the customer/job opportunity and water-treatment equipment. Specific job scope and compensation will be agreed upon before each non-standard installation.
