Job Description

SUMMARY:
Custodial tasks and maintenance of agency properties.
DUTIES:
Responsible for preventative maintenance to ensure the quality of buildings and grounds. Maintenance of all property facility equipment and machinery according to safety and sanitation requirements including scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs, if applicable. Responsible for all ordering and inventory of custodial equipment and maintenance supplies in most efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsible for upkeep of grounds including common areas and reporting quarterly or as needed.0 An individual may qualify for the position if the individual is able to perform safely the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Perform safely means to perform without causing a direct threat to the health or safety of the individual or others that cannot be eliminated by reasonable accommodation, as defined by 42 U.S.C. #12111(b) and the EEOC s regulations, 29 C.F.R #1630.2(r). Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Any Combination of training and experience equivalent to two (2) years of commercial, institutional, or industrial custodial experience, including experience directing the work of others.
