We are looking for the right person. Every tech on our team who is great at this job started out knowing nothing about pools. What they had was a work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to get better every week. We can teach chemistry, equipment, and repairs. We cannot teach someone to care. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Service and maintain a consistent route of residential pools, the same customers every week Test and balance water, brush, vacuum, clean baskets and filters Inspect and maintain pool equipment, and flag problems before they turn into expensive failures Take clear photos and report back to the office on what you found, using your phone Talk to homeowners in person, answer their questions, and represent us well at every stop Own your route. It is yours. You keep it running right.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Hardworking, and honest about it. You show up, you finish, you do not cut corners. A self starter. We do not micromanage. That freedom comes with the expectation that you communicate. Comfortable outside in Arizona weather, on your feet, moving all day. Tech savvy enough to be quick on a phone. A big part of this job is documenting with photos and getting information back to the office fast. Good with people. Friendly, respectful, and able to explain things simply to a customer. Hungry to grow. We want people who step up, take on more, and earn more. If you want to stay exactly where you started, we are not a fit.
