Job Description

Apartment Maintenance person needed for our 46-unit apartment complex in Globe. Work 20 hours/week Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am to 1 pm.

Maintenance Responsibilities :

Painting Light Plumbing Cleaning Grounds Maintenance Qualifications :

Building Maintenance Experience (3 years) Able to do Painting and Light Plumbing Ability to follow instructions Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to pass background check
