HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will attend to day-to-day functions across multiple fields of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, pool upkeep, groundskeeping, and apartment turnover. You may also be assigned additional tasks to support our projects and operations. Your work ensures that our properties are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and tenants, directly impacting the communities we serve.

You thrive in a fast-paced, physical role and understand that every repair, improvement, and maintenance task contributes to the success of our properties and the satisfaction of those who live and work in them.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /
Background:
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
REASONING ABILITY
: Ability to apply an understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Employee will be expected to participate in continuous learning, competency building and maintenance of competency skills.
