## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and equipment, performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair. ## Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, pool upkeep, and much more
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
• Perform facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics ## Requirements
• Proficiency in electrical work, including logic controllers and wiring
• Experience in residential painting is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
• Customer service-oriented approach to work
• Previous experience supervising maintenance staff would be beneficial
