Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent .
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of directly related facility maintenance or trades experience .
License:
Valid Arizona Class "D" Driver's License upon hire .
Background Check:
Ability to pass a Police Department background check . Required Certifications (Post-Hire Timeline) Within 12
Months:
EPA Universal Certification, Level 1 Thermography Certification, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Card . Within 18
Months:
Electric League of Arizona Building Operators' Certificate .
Work Schedule Standard Shift:
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4/10 schedule).
On-Call Requirement:
Participation in a rotating schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency response Tell me more....... This role performs hands-on electrical troubleshooting, NFPA 70B compliant thermographic inspections, minor fabrication, and equipment installation across city facilities .
