Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become the essential expert responsible for maintaining pristine pools. In this role, you will perform comprehensive pool maintenance, and ensure water quality standards are consistently met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in pool operations while allowing you to learn and grow. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to ensure optimal operation. Any issues you will direct to the owner of the company who can take it from there. Perform water chemistry balancing by testing and adjusting chemical levels such as chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizers to maintain safe swimming conditions. Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately, following all safety protocols and industry standards. Clean pools thoroughly by skimming debris and brushing walls Use an app to report when done to customers Experience Proven experience in pool maintenance is highly preferred. Some mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting. Familiarity with chemical agent handling Hands-on experience with pool cleaning techniques and minor equipment repair Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively and reflect well on the company Valid driver's license and must have own truck. $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
