We are looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, and already experienced with routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment checks, and basic troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates should:

Have 1 year of pool service experience Be able to complete a full weekly route independently Have reliable transportation, preferably a truck Have their own basic pool service tools and equipment Be comfortable traveling between customer locations throughout the workday Communicate professionally with customers and management Take pride in keeping pools clean, balanced, and properly maintained Be willing to learn new skills and grow within the company Having your own truck and tools is strongly preferred, but arrangements for equipment or a work vehicle may be discussed with the right technician. Pool Up Pros is looking for someone experienced who can step into a route, work independently, and consistently deliver quality service.

Pay:
