The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. This role is critical for maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize tools such as voltmeters for diagnosing electrical issues and conducting repairs. Conduct stick welding as needed for equipment repairs and modifications. Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Collaborate with other engineering staff to develop preventative maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot HVAC/R systems, ensuring proper operation and addressing any issues that arise. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Requirements Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and principles. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including voltmeters and welding equipment. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Military experience is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
